Customer Service Consultants who will support our customers through their insurance journey with unparalleled empathy and efficiency. Each day brings new challenges, but your core purpose remains constant - ensure you leave every customer better off than when they connected with us and help retain our valued customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to resolution
• You’ll support customers approaching renewal, guide them through their options, and empower them to make confident decisions about their cover. You’ll identify opportunities to improve policies, address any concerns or questions, and showcase the value of staying with a trusted provider.
• Working collaboratively with your team and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture
• Meeting KPIs including quality assurance, customer retention and Net Promoter Score

Important Information (Please Read Before Applying)

• Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Salary: Highly competitive salary plus generous monthly incentive scheme
• Location: An engaging, in-office role based in our cutting-edge new Adelaide office with awesome end-of-journey facilities.
• Start Date: Monday,19 October 2026 - ready to start training off with a bang!
• Working Hours: Dynamic rotating roster, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, plus 1 Sat shift every 3 or 4 weeks.
• Next Steps: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment, have a phone discussion with a Talent Partner, and meet us face-to-face at our Engagement Centre, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the role, meet our leaders, and tell us more about yourself.
