About the Role

\n

Do you enjoy variety, teamwork, and making patients feel at ease? We are looking for a friendly and proactive Full-Time Practice Nurse to support our busy clinic in Capalaba, working 5 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Provide warm, welcoming, and professional care to our patients
\n
• Assist doctors with skin cancer procedures and excisions
\n
• Perform wound care and suture removal
\n
• Maintain high standards of infection control and sterilisation
\n
• Educate patients on wound care and skin health
\n
• Prepare treatment rooms and keep clinical areas well‐stocked
\n
• Support patient flow and day‐to‐day clinic operations
\n

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Current AHPRA Registration
\n
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience (GP or skin cancer experience highly regarded)
\n
• Experience with Best Practice software (preferred but not essential)
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Patient focused with a warm, professional and customer service oriented approach
\n
• Sound computer skills and confidence using multiple systems
\n
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
\n
• Reliable, proactive and flexible with availability
\n
