About the Role

Your key responsibilities revolve around supporting the Lifestyle Team in implementing group or individual lifestyle programs that enhance the quality of life and well-being of our residents.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Engage in friendly conversations and active listening with residents.
• Participate in lifestyle activities such as games, arts and crafts, or music sessions.
• Accompany residents on short walks or outings.
• Assist with reading, writing, or other lifestyle activities based on residents' interests.
• Provide emotional support and a compassionate presence.

Skills & Experience

• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and understanding when interacting with older adults.
• Respect for cultural diversity and a willingness to learn about residents' backgrounds.
• Reliable and punctual.
