An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years' post-admission experience to join a well-established specialist practice and work across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. About the Firm
This specialist law firm comprises approximately 20 lawyers across five practice areas, providing opportunities for collaboration on diverse and complex client matters.
The Role
- Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, commercial agreements, banking and finance matters, and shareholder arrangements.
- Manage files across commercial transactions, business structuring, trusts, reorganisations, commercial leasing, and property-related matters.
- Provide practical and timely legal advice to clients and stakeholders while contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship growth.
About You
- You will ideally have at least 3 years' post-admission experience in commercial law, with experience or a strong interest in corporate and commercial advisory work and transactions.
- You will have experience drafting and reviewing contracts and commercial agreements and be confident managing matters with an appropriate level of autonomy.
- You will be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, a commercial mindset, and an interest in building your professional profile through business development activities.
