Sales Manager - Domestic & International Relocations

About the role

KEYS The Moving Solution is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Domestic & International Relocations to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in Canning Vale, WA 6155. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales operations for both domestic and international relocation services. You will play a crucial role in achieving our business objectives whilst maintaining the high standards of service KEYS is known for. This position offers the opportunity to lead a sales function within a growing and established moving and relocation company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for both domestic and international relocation services
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and partner organisations to ensure customer retention and growth
• Lead, mentor and motivate a sales team, setting clear performance objectives and providing regular feedback and coaching
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments within the relocation industry, both domestically and internationally
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and presentations to prospective clients with a focus on converting opportunities into revenue
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic sales planning and positioning
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with sales commitments and client expectations
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasting and reporting on pipeline activity and performance metrics
• Attend industry events, networking functions and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies within the sales process

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of at least 3 years in a sales management role within the moving, relocation, logistics or similar transport/services industry preferred
• Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth across multiple service lines
• Strong understanding of the domestic and international relocation markets, including knowledge of major destinations and complexities preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with clients at all levels
• Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs
• Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and industry events
• Professional presentation skills and the ability to build credibility with high-value clients and partners

Experience with corporate relocations, international shipping documentation, FIDI FAIM standard or IAM industry practices will be highly regarded.
