We offer a friendly and supportive environment and a team that is passionate about what they do.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Wills and Estates lawyer to progress their career by being a leader within our Wills and Estates team, working alongside senior lawyers and partners within our dynamic Property and Personal Services Department.

In this role, you will be working within a close-knit team on a broad range of Wills and Estates matters.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PAE, with extensive experience in Wills and Estates law.

This is a full-time position that has opportunities for flexible working arrangements.

  • Admission as a lawyer in Victoria and holding a current practising certificate; experience at Senior Associate level or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers or legal support staff, with an interest in contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical practice and high professional standards.
  • Business development awareness, including interest in networking, client education, and contributing to the growth of the Wills and Estates practice.
