The Role

- \n
- Prepare and lodge DA, CDC, CC and OC applications. \n
- Coordinate planning approvals and statutory documentation. \n
- Liaise with councils, certifiers, consultants and service authorities. \n
- Manage the approvals process from submission through to approval. \n
- Monitor application timeframes and proactively follow up outstanding items. \n
- Ensure all documentation complies with relevant legislation and company requirements. \n
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems. \n

About You
\n
- \n
- Previous experience as a Permits Officer within residential construction. \n
- Strong understanding of the NSW planning and approvals process. \n
- Experience managing DA, CDC, CC and OC applications. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. \n
- Experience using the NSW Planning Portal is highly regarded. \n
