Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role coordinating workshop administration, managing inventory and parts, raising purchase orders, scheduling servicing, and supporting day-to-day maintenance operations.

About the Role

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

\n

    \n
  • Managing workshop inventory, stock levels, consumables, spare parts and equipment records
  • \n
  • Raising and tracking purchase orders while ensuring timely approvals and reconciliations
  • \n
  • Coordinating servicing schedules, inspections, registrations, repairs and maintenance requirements
  • \n
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders regarding parts and servicing needs
  • \n
  • Monitoring workshop tools and equipment registers and conducting stocktakes
  • \n
  • Updating servicing registers and maintaining accurate records
  • \n
  • Coordinating truck and trailer repairs and registrations
  • \n
  • Assisting with continuous improvement of workshop processes and systems
  • \n
  • Supporting a safe, organised and efficient workshop environment
  • \n

\n

To Be Successful You Will Have

\n

    \n
  • Previous administration experience within workshop, maintenance, transport, logistics, construction or industrial environments preferred
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • \n
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoicing or inventory control highly regarded
  • \n
  • Confidence communicating with suppliers, contractors and internal teams
  • \n
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
  • \n
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • \n
  • Current Class C Driver Licence essential
  • \n
  • A positive attitude with willingness to support the broader team
  • \n
