Travel Sales Consultant - On-site, Uncapped Incentives

Flight Centre on the Gold Coast is seeking a Sales Travel Consultant to join our on-site team in Robina/Tweed City on a full-time rotating schedule. You will plan itineraries, book travel, and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email, while building a loyal customer base.

You’ll be rewarded with a base wage plus an uncapped incentive structure and access to industry discounts, familiarisation trips, and clear career progression within a global travel network.
