Facilities Coordinator

Job Title: Facilities & Operations Coordinator
Location: Sydney CBD
Salary: $90,000 + Super

We are seeking a Facilities & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of a commercial and retail property portfolio.

This opportunity is ideally suited to someone who is trade qualified and has moved into a facilities, maintenance or building operations coordination role. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you will coordinate maintenance activities, manage contractors, support compliance requirements and help ensure the smooth operation of multiple assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works
• Manage contractors, site access and compliance documentation
• Monitor and close maintenance work orders
• Conduct routine site inspections and audits
• Maintain accurate maintenance and operational records
• Assist with asset management and compliance reporting
• Liaise with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders

About You
• Experience in facilities coordination, maintenance coordination or building operations
• Ideally trade qualified in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, building services or a related field
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of WHS and building compliance requirements is advantageous
