We’re looking for a Senior Client Service Executive to join our Affinity Health Corporate Solutions team in Brisbane. In this role, you’ll work with leading associations, members and allied health organisations, helping them access insurance solutions that support their needs. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from home and from our Brisbane office.

What the day will look like

Looking for a role where you can build strong client relationships, grow your commercial skills and make a real impact? As a Senior Client Service Executive, you’ll manage and grow key Association and Affinity insurance programs while supporting a portfolio of corporate clients in the allied health sector. You’ll work closely with clients, association partners, members and our internal teams to deliver great service, identify growth opportunities and support long‑term client relationships.

Your role will include:

• Managing association and affinity insurance programs while delivering a positive member and client experience.
• Building trusted relationships with clients, members, association partners and internal stakeholders.
• Managing enquiries, renewals, policy changes and insurance advice across multiple product lines.
• Converting warm leads from referrals, marketing activity, digital channels and existing client networks.
• Preparing quotes, proposals and policy documents in line with compliance and operational requirements.
• Working with our claims specialists to support clients and members when claims matters arise.
• Supporting onboarding for new clients and association partners.
• Contributing to portfolio growth, retention, reporting and service outcomes.
• Representing Aon in client meetings, partner discussions, industry events and member‑facing activities.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering a high standard of service. You may already have strong broking experience, or you may be ready to take the next step into a broader client‑facing role.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Tier 1 RG146 Insurance Broking Qualification, or higher, is essential.
• Experience working with commercial insurance clients or member‑based insurance programs.
• Exposure to products such as Professional Indemnity, Business Pack or related commercial insurance solutions.
• A client‑focused approach and interest in growing long‑term relationships.
• Confidence managing renewals, policy changes, enquiries and insurance advice.
• A growth mindset and willingness to keep learning.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
