How youll make a difference

• Lead the delivery and coordination of transport highway infrastructure and civil projects including concept to detailed design and construction phase services.
• Oversee multidisciplinary coordination across civil drainage utilities and transport engineering teams.
• Ensure project milestones technical standards and delivery timelines are achieved effectively.
• Provide technical leadership stakeholder management and guidance to project teams.
• Support strategic planning and delivery for cross business team needs including energy water defence and others.

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering with 5 years of relevant experience in transport infrastructure highways civil or utilities projects.
• Proven ability to lead technical delivery and manage complex large-scale infrastructure projects whilst adapting to the needs of clients and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management coordination and leadership capabilities with an adaptive and collaborative approach effective communication and strong problem-solving skills.
• Construction delivery knowledge and understanding.
• Knowledge of ITS design
• Advanced knowledge of engineering and design software such as AutoCAD 12d OpenRoads or Civil 3D.
