Job Description

BESIX Watpac are currently seeing four experienced Supervisors to join the delivery team at New Shellharbour Hospital Project, a greenfield hospital construction valued at $650+ million, providing the local community with an expanded emergency department along with specialised elective surgery, rehabilitation and aged care, acute medical, and mental health services.

This role will be responsible for :

Organisingon a daily and weekly basis the sequencing of on-site activities,including the co-ordination of materials, equipment and personnel.

In consultation with the Site Manager, allocating necessary site staff and resources and ensuring that all the resources for the project are available when required.

Reviewing the construction programme with the Site Manager, re-sequencing activities as necessary to achieve the programmed completion date.

Ensuring that the Company's policies and practices on safety, industrial relations and quality assurance are implemented at the work face.

Ensuring compliance with standards and contract documents.

Qualifications

The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience :

Qualifications in building / construction, or a trade qualification in a construction related field.

Demonstrated success supervising the delivery of large commercial or industrial building projects within time, cost and quality requirements.

Ability to communicate, influence, and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
