The Fresh Collective are looking for casual waitstaff with basic bar skills to join the team at UNSW, The Lounge.

The Role
\n
- \n
- Mon-Fri at $33.85 per hour plus super \n
- Take orders and ensure customers have a delightful experience \n
- Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner \n
- A la carte and bar service \n
- Use the POS, entering orders and handling cash/card \n
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar's wine list, cocktail menu and food menu \n
- Assist in opening and closing procedures \n

About You
\n
- \n
- Basic cocktail (follow recipes) \n
- Basic barista skills with latte art \n
- Passionate about customer service, experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment \n
- 1+ years hospitality \n
- A La Carte waitperson experience \n
- A team player who can work independently \n
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude \n
- Excellent communication skills \n
- Have a valid RSA \n
- Valid working rights in Australia \n
- Available to work on Monday to Friday daytime and Tuesday from 10am to 3pm, Thursday evenings 9am to 7pm only \n
