MECCA Belconnen - Skin Specialist

We're opening an exciting new MECCA store in Belconnen, ACT, and we're looking for passionate Skin Specialists to help bring it to life from day one in casual contracts.

Our MECCA Belconnen store is expected to open towards the end of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.

As a Skin Specialist, you'll inspire confidence through personalised skin consultations, expert product recommendations and a genuine passion for skincare. You'll help customers discover solutions tailored to their unique skin goals, build lasting relationships through trusted advice, and create exceptional experiences that bring the MECCA magic to life every day.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Be the go-to expert in store for all things skincare; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing!

• Conduct skin services for customers including skin consultations and relaxing facials

• Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store

What success looks like in this role:

• Proven experience and knowledge of skincare products and how specific ingredients work for different skin needs

• Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that allow them to feel amazing in their own skin

• An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude

• A beauty therapy qualification is desirable but not required

If you're successful, you'll be placed into a tailored upskilling journey, with dedicated coaching, education and hands-on training to build your confidence in delivering MECCA's signature services and customer experiences before formally stepping into your Skin Specialist role.
