We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Grounds Person to join our team. In this hands‑on role, you\'ll be responsible for maintaining landscaped areas, gardens, pathways, and outdoor facilities to a high standard, ensuring our client sites remain safe, functional, and visually appealing.

As a Grounds Person, your responsibilities will include: \n

• Maintaining gardens, lawns, pathways, car parks, and landscaped areas.
\n
• Operating ride‑on mowers, tractors, and a variety of power and hand tools.
\n
• Mowing, edging, pruning, hedge trimming, and weed control.
\n
• Removing litter, debris, leaves, grass clippings, and graffiti.
\n
• Inspecting and maintaining grounds equipment and vehicles.
\n
• Ordering and maintaining grounds supplies and equipment.
\n
• Reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards.
\n
• Conducting routine inspections of fences, access roads, and outdoor assets.
\n
• Working safely while following all health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
\n

To be successful in this role, you will have: \n

• White Card
\n
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture.
\n
• Experience operating ride‑on mowers and landscaping equipment.
\n
• A strong understanding of safe work practices and hazard awareness.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards.
\n
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
\n
• A current driver\'s licence (preferred).
\n
• The ability to obtain any required site clearances or licences.
\n
