Your Impact

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Wulkuraka facility. You’ll work on an advanced, highly automated production line equipped with the latest technology, where your technical and problem-solving skills will keep things running smoothly.

This role is more than just machine operation - you’ll play a key part in ensuring equipment is maintained, issues are resolved quickly, and production keeps flowing to deliver our world-class beverages. Alongside your technical focus, you’ll be supporting your teammates, taking on feedback, and continuously learning in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Please note: This role involves 12-hour shift work across days and nights on a 24/7 rotating roster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor machinery to maintain production output and quality standards.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and corrective actions to minimise downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Carry out quality checks and calibration to ensure products meet HACCP, GMP and company standards.
  • Perform cleaning and compliance activities to maintain a safe, high-standard work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, providing support and guidance where needed.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement and asset management practices on the line.

About You

We’re seeking a proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll bring curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn quickly, along with the ability to take feedback and follow instructions. Ideally, you’ll also bring:

  • Experience operating and maintaining equipment in FMCG or other fast-paced manufacturing environments.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Confidence to work across both operational and technical/maintenance tasks.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong time management skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with computerised systems and applications such as MS Office.
