Our client is a highly regarded Eastern Suburbs agency with a strong reputation across premium residential property, luxury apartments and high-value homes. They are looking for a driven Sales Consultant who wants to grow their career, increase their market presence and work alongside experienced operators who know how to win business.

This is not a role for someone who wants to wait for leads to fall from the sky, which remains a bold strategy attempted by far too many people with LinkedIn headshots and no listings.

The role:
\n
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships, generating appraisals, nurturing buyers and sellers, and contributing to the continued growth of a high-performing sales team.
\n
You will be supported by an established agency brand, strong internal systems and experienced leadership, but you will also need to bring drive, discipline and consistency.
\n
Your responsibilities will include:
\n
- \n
- Prospecting and building relationships with local property owners \n
- Generating appraisals and listing opportunities \n
- Managing buyer enquiry and inspections \n
- Conducting open homes and private appointments \n
- Following up buyers, vendors and pipeline opportunities \n
- Supporting campaigns from appraisal through to settlement \n
- Building your personal brand within the Eastern Suburbs market \n
- Working closely with senior agents, directors and the wider sales team \n
- Delivering a premium client experience from start to finish \n
\n
The candidate:
\n
To be successful, you will have:
\n
- \n
- Previous real estate sales experience preferred \n
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence \n
- Strong communication and follow-up skills \n
- Professional presentation and confidence with clients \n
- A strong work ethic and genuine desire to grow \n
- Ability to prospect, build relationships and convert opportunities \n
- Local market knowledge or a strong interest in the Eastern Suburbs \n
- A reliable car and valid driver's licence \n
- A team-focused attitude with the drive to build your own results \n
\n
This role would suit a Sales Consultant or Associate Agent who is ready to step into a stronger brand, better market and more serious career pathway.
