Club Forma is a premier personal training space in Richmond with a practice model that focuses on quality in every detail. We are looking for an enthusiastic new trainer to join our growing community of staff and clients.
\n
The club has a lux but unpretentious vibe, split across two levels, ground level is a modest but well equiped resistance training area, showers and toilets. Upstairs houses the cardio area and Glute Zone/Area, along with two treatment rooms where our allied health professional tenants work. There is a staff kitchenette, more toilets and a bright open coffee bar for clients and staff to hang-out upstairs.

Club Forma is the place our clients can come to exercise, meet, chat, hangout, feel good... and to feel part of a community of nice, like minded people.
\n
Our clients are all highly motivated professionals who are busy but understand the necessity of working out and keeping fit as a critical part of their work life balance. They come for professional expertise and coaching, a solid workout, to escape the stress of their daily lives and feel looked after for the hour they spend at the club.

About The Role:
\n
The role is perfectly suited to a fresh motivated fitness professional who is excited about health and fitness themselves and wants to share that passion with other people. Someone who is genuinely excited to improve peoples lives. This is a role for someone who can not only train their clients but someone who genuinely wants to be truly present as a coach and mentor in their clients lives.
\n
The role involves looking after your clients from meet and greet, through consultation and goal setting to program writing and progress recording.
\n
As a team member at the club you will benefit from complimentary gym membership and ongoing mentorship and training
\n
You will have access to structured brand standards/resources with the creative freedom to program your own clients and contribute ideas to a new business.
\n
Remuneration is $45-$65 / training hour.
\n
Earning capacity in this role almost unlimited as the more sessions you service the more income you will have, as a stable weekly training hour rate looking at $80-100K+ per annum.
