About the Role: We're seeking a highly driven Warehouse Officer to join our client based on a mine site just outside of Emerald. In this fast-paced mining environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations to keep site activities running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Conduct pre-start checks on all warehouse equipment \n
- Operate forklift and other warehouse plant safely \n
- Report hazards, incidents, and near-misses promptly \n
- Ensure Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Materials are stored compliantly \n
- Accurate receipting and issuing of inventory \n
- Maintain clean, orderly, and clearly labelled storage areas \n
- Efficient picking and preparation of planned/unplanned material requests \n
- Coordinate dispatch and return of core components (repairs, warranties, etc.) \n
- Deliver high-quality support to internal customers \n
- Respond to queries and maintain strong working relationships \n
- Use SAP to maintain accurate stock records and process inventory workflows \n

About You:

- \n
- Current Class C Driver's Licence \n
- Current Standard 11 - Surface \n
- SAP experience (or similar ERP system) \n
- Prior warehouse experience in a mining or heavy industry environment \n
- Strong safety focus and high attention to detail \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety and operational excellence. \n
- Underground mining warehouse experience \n
- Understanding of dangerous goods handling and logistics \n
