You'll remain hands on technically while providing technical leadership, mentoring developing engineers and helping shape a growing Power & Electrification capability. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead HV primary design and technical delivery across Transmission and Distribution Substations, Renewable Energy and Energy Storage projects.
• Provide technical leadership across complex design challenges, engineering standards and project delivery while reviewing and guiding the work of developing engineers.
• Work directly with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary engineering teams while remaining technically involved across primary systems and, where applicable, earthing design.

What Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with extensive HV primary design experience across Transmission, Distribution or Substation infrastructure.
• Technical and project delivery capability, with the ability to lead complex design work, provide technical guidance and remain hands on. Earthing design expertise is highly regarded.
• You'll likely be operating as a Principal Primary Engineer, Lead Primary Engineer or experienced Senior Primary Engineer and looking for greater technical influence without moving away from engineering.
