Fetch Recruitment is seeking motivated and dependable Civil Labourers to join long-term civil construction projects throughout Adelaide's northern suburbs. Our clients have secured multiple new stages of work, creating immediate opportunities for labourers looking for consistent hours and long-term employment. You'll be involved in a variety of civil construction projects including subdivisions, roadworks, drainage, pipelines and landscaping.

Your Responsibilities

\n

\n
• General civil labouring including trenching, site preparation and manual tasks
\n
• Assisting with set out, measurements and levels
\n
• Supporting concreting, drainage, pipe laying and landscaping crews
\n
• Operating plant and equipment where appropriately ticketed (Roller, Loader, Moxy and other machinery)
\n
• Site establishment, fencing, traffic management support and material handling
\n
• Spotting machinery and maintaining a safe work environment
\n

• $38.74 - $40.99 per hour (depending on experience and machinery tickets)
\n
• $22.41 per day travel allowance
\n
• $19.74 per day meal allowance (after 9.5 hours worked)
\n
• Penalty rates paid on all overtime
\n
• Ongoing work with consistent weekly hours
\n
• Temp-to-perm opportunities, with reviews at 3 and 6 months
\n
• Opportunity to upskill and obtain additional plant tickets including Roller, Loader, Skid Steer, Moxy and Excavator

About You

\n

\n
• Current White Card
\n
• Driver's licence and reliable transport
\n
• Previous experience in civil construction or labouring
\n
• Plant and machinery tickets are highly desirable
\n
• Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
\n
• Reliable, safety-focused and eager to be part of a productive crew
\n
