What you'll do

Requirements

- Valid paramedic certification and a minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency medical services or a related field. \n
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within a healthcare or wellness setting. \n
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with clients and team members. \n
- Knowledge of health and wellness principles, as well as experience in program development and evaluation. \n
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic health records systems. \n
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet the needs of the community. \n
