We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a busy drive-thru restaurant in Roxburgh Park. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to lead a great team, build a positive culture, and develop your leadership career with the support and training to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and motivate your team through every shift
\n
• Coach and develop team members
\n
• Deliver great customer experiences
\n
• Manage stock, inventory, labour and rosters
\n
• Build a positive and engaged team culture
\n
• Maintain food safety, workplace safety and operational standards
\n

About You

• Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or a customer-focused environment
\n
• Positive, hands-on leadership style
\n
• Strong communication and organisational skills
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Passion for developing people and building great teams
\n
• Drive-thru experience is highly regarded but not essential
