We are currentlyseeking a passionate and personable Leadership DevelopmentFacilitator to join us atPCYC Capricorn Coast basedat Yeppoon. If you have a keen interest in adventure-based andexperiential learning, then we want you!

The Capricorn CoastDevelopment Centre, located in Yeppoon, aims to inspire youngpeople to be self-aware, to build their social skills andcontribute positively to their community.

Your NewRole

\n

Reporting to theCapricorn Coast Program Services Supervisor, you will lead anddeliver safe and effective experiential learning andadventure-based programs for young people. It may also include somesupport functions such as program planning and logistics. We’recommitted to fostering a supportive, respectful, and positiveatmosphere where everyone is welcome. AboutYou

\n

\n
• Recognisedindustry accreditation and experience across various adventureactivity disciplines e.g. Certificate 3/4 in OutdoorRecreation, Vertical or Swift Water Rescue Accreditationetc.
\n
• Experience inoutdoor education, with the ability to facilitate groups of avariety of ages, backgrounds and towards programgoals
\n
• Drivers’License
\n
• Hold a currentFirst Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
\n
• QLD Working withChildren Check (Blue Card)
\n
