Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Boutique in Charge will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring the boutique team. The Boutique in Charge will have a demonstrated ability in driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. In addition, they will possess a deep understanding of the luxury and jewelry industries.

Job responsibilities

\n

Sales Management

\n

\n
• Achieve and exceed boutique sales target by setting sales target(s) to the team and leading the team with sales strategies
\n
• Utilize various reports to review and analyze business results in order to propose action plan to reach targets
\n
• Conduct market research on market trend, competitors' sales to share with management
\n
• Be responsible for KPI's achievement for self and the team
\n

\n

Staff Management

\n

\n
• Manage, coach, develop and motivate staff to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals
\n
• Allocate individual specific qualitative and quantitative objectives to each staff member
\n
• Establish accountabilities & performance expectations for staff
\n
• Be responsible of roster planning for all the staff in the store
\n
• Ensure the grooming of the staff is aligned with the guidelines of the brand
\n
• Participate in staff recruitment process
\n
• Encourage and support individual development of staff and build succession plan in the store
\n

\n

Operations Management

\n

\n
• Be responsible for inventory management and visual merchandising per the brand guidelines
\n
• Supervise stock transfer, stock take & inventory counts
\n
• Ensure stock and back up storage is effectively managed in an organized manner
\n
• Be responsible for applying brand merchandising guidelines and ensure timely window and interior product display rotation, in order to maximize sales opportunity
\n
• Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping for both sales floor, window, counters and stock rooms at all time
\n
• Oversee all facts of store operation, e.g. billing, daily reconcilliation report, management reports, cash management, etc.
\n
• Complete reports and documents as per management request
\n
• Implement and support all security procedures measures
\n

Customer Relations Management

• Lead the team to recruit, develop and retain our clients
\n
• Achieve high customer satisfaction at all times through delivering best customer service & brand experience to customers
\n
• Implement activities to drive client repeat visit and build customer loyalty
\n
• Attend to customer complaints in a timely manner
\n
• Act as brand ambassador following coporate guidelines of the brand
\n
• Coordinate in-store events with Marketing team
\n

Profile

\n

• Solid supervisory/ management position within luxury retail environment. Preferably from luxury fashion/ luxury W&J sector
\n
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
\n
• A creative mind helps you to be disruptive, pro-active and to act strategically
\n
• Agile, adaptable, possess strong relationship and leadership skills.
\n
• A hands on, inclusive and dynamic leadership style

• Impeccable attention to detail with a can-do attitude is crucial
