Your duties will include but are not limited to: \n
- \n
- Be the first face the customer sees as they enter the branch and welcome them with a warm greeting \n
- Ensure all hardware deliveries are put away and shelves are fully stocked \n
- Serving customers and ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience \n
- Processing sales and putting quotes together for customers \n
- Clean the hardware area and counter, ensuring it is neat and tidy at all times \n
We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills: \n
- \n
- A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships \n
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn \n
- An ability to undertake physical tasks safely \n
- Strong communication, relationship building and problem solving skills \n
- Ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player \n
