An opportunity has arisen for a Building Inspector to join the team in Townsville, working primarily across residential projects.
\n This is a site-based role, ideal for a Supervisor or Builder looking to step into a more structured, long-term career while still being hands-on and out on site
\n
The role will involve:

- Conducting on-site residential building inspections \n
- Ensuring compliance with the NCC and relevant legislation \n
- Working closely with builders and contractors \n
- Identifying defects and providing practical solutions \n
- Supporting the certification process through inspection stages \n
\n

ABOUT YOU

- Background as a Builder or Supervisor (essential) \n
- Strong experience across residential construction projects \n
- Solid understanding of construction methods and site practices \n
- Ability to read and interpret plans \n
- Good communication skills and confidence dealing with site teams \n
- Organised and detail-oriented \n
\n
