Fitout Site Manager – Melbourne | Contract

I’m currently working with a leading commercial builder who is looking for an experienced Fitout Site Manager to join their team on a contract basis.
This is an immediate opportunity for a Site Manager with strong commercial fitout experience who can take ownership of site delivery and confidently manage a project from start through to completion.

Key Requirements

• Strong commercial fitout experience
• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day site operations
• Strong subcontractor and trade management skills
• Experience managing programme, sequencing and site logistics
• Confident coordinating with Project Managers, CAs, consultants and clients
• Strong focus on safety, quality and project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to drive site outcomes
• Available to start as soon as possible
