\n At HCF, we're committed to bringing our human touch to healthcare. As a Content Specialist, you'll create content that informs, engages and supports our members while helping bring HCF's brand, products and services to life.
\n Working across a range of business priorities, you'll develop high-quality content for digital, social, email, video and print channels. Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you'll deliver member-focused content that strengthens engagement, builds brand awareness and supports strategic campaigns and initiatives.
\n This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex information into clear, compelling communications and using insights to continually improve content performance and member experience.

About you

\n

You're a skilled writer and storyteller with experience creating customer-focused content across multiple channels. You combine creativity with strong attention to detail and know how to deliver engaging content that meets both business and audience needs.
\n You bring:

• Experience developing content, communications or publications within a medium to large organisation
\n
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
\n
• Experience creating content across digital, social, email, video and print channels
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
\n
• Knowledge of SEO, content optimisation and digital content best practice
\n
• The ability to use insights and performance data to improve content effectiveness
\n
• Experience working within compliance, legal or governance frameworks
\n
• Qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing, content or a related discipline
\n
• A genuine interest in health, wellbeing or health insurance will be highly regarded.
