- Traffic Controller: $37.99 per hour \n
- Team Leader: $39.03 per hour \n
\n
Your Role As part of our professional traffic management team, you will:
\n
- \n
- Safely manage traffic for roadworks, construction sites, and major events. Operate Stop/Slow bats to direct traffic. Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs). \n
- Load and unload traffic signage and equipment. Conduct site hazard assessments and implement appropriate control measures. Identify and report hazards, incidents, and near misses. \n
- Monitor traffic flow to maintain a safe environment for workers and the public. Follow directions from Team Leaders, Foremen, Inspectors, and Auditors. Safely control traffic, pedestrians, and cyclists around work zones. \n

What You’ll Need

- \n
- Current TC2, TMI 2 and/or TMI 3 Accreditation \n
- White Card (Construction Induction/OHS Card) \n
- Previous Traffic Management experience \n
- Availability for weekdays, night shifts, weekends, and call-outs \n
- TMA qualification (highly desirable) \n
\n
