In this newly created role you'll play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth through high-performing Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and emerging social platforms.

Reporting to the Digital Media Manager, you'll partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Data and Ecommerce teams to develop, execute and optimise Paid Social strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes. You'll bring a data-driven mindset, a passion for continuous improvement and deep platform expertise to help us reach and engage parents at every stage of their journey.
