Casual Community Care Worker - Personal Carer (Kerang & Cohuna)

Job Description

This position provides meaningful support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life. You will assist with domestic tasks, personal care and daily living activities, creating a safe, comfortable and supportive environment where clients can continue to live with confidence. The role focuses on wellness and reablement, working alongside clients to build their skills, promote choice and support their individual goals. To be successful in this role, you will hold a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or equivalent), have experience in home care or domestic support, and be passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred care that respects each client's needs and preferences.
