Telehealth Registered Nurse | BlueCare | Complex Nursing Care

Exciting opportunity available for an experienced Continence RN to join our Telehealth team

Remote working arrangements with some site based work in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast locations preferred

$45.29 - $57.06 per hour + Salary packaging benefits + access to extensive staff discounts

Your part in the BlueCare Telehealth Team

\n

BlueCare's telehealth service delivery model is continuously expanding. This approach complements existing face-to-face in-home delivery. Being part of a centralised function of Statewide Clinical Nursing team, you will be using the state of the art virtual health care technology in the provision of care based on assessed client needs that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals to maintain their independence and remain within their home in the community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a telehealth team as a Registered Nurse, providing expert clinical advice through undertaking nursing assessments and support to clients. Your role will deliver high-quality, clinical support and working in partnership with a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team to deliver an exceptional standard of person-centred outcomes.

What makes a difference for us?

As an experienced Registered Nurse, you'll demonstrate a commitment to delivering person-centred, empathetic care. You will present with:

\n

A minimum of 3 years community experience is essential.

\n

Post graduate qualifications in continence management or working towards is essential.

\n

High level clinical reasoning and care planning skills.

\n

Ability to work effectively via virtual partnership with a multi-disciplinary team.

\n

Tertiary qualification in Nursing which meet the requirements of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.

\n

Current AHPRA Registration

\n

Experience with MASS/CAPS applications and reviews is highly desirable.
