This Role is All About the Bar

• Lead and develop the bar team while fostering a positive, supportive culture
\n
• Own bar operations including ordering, stocktake, and maintaining high safety standards
\n
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including our updated drinks on the cocktail menu!
\n
• Engage with guests to create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere every shift
\n

About You

• Leadership experience in a bar is highly regarded (strong bar experience also welcome)
\n
• Confident communicator with a friendly, outgoing personality
\n
• Thrive in fast‐paced environments and love juggling multiple priorities
\n
• Passionate about beverages, trends, and delivering great service
\n
• Hold a valid RSA or be willing to obtain one
\n
