VEX Group Pty Ltd are seeking an organised and proactiveOnboarding / Training Officerto support our onboarding, training and workforce compliance processes. This role will assist with new starter onboarding, pre-employment requirements, training records, induction uploads, uniform coordination, recruitment administration and general training support across the business.

Working closely with the Training Coordinator and wider operations team, this position plays an important role in ensuring employees and subcontractors have a smooth, professional and compliant onboarding experience.
