Wages

$32-$36 per hour + Superannuation plus generous bonuses and commissions.

About the Role

\n

This is the perfect opportunity for a passionate Beauty Therapist who has a genuine interest in skin health and enjoys delivering exceptional treatment experiences.

\n

Approximately 80% of the treatments we perform are skin-based, making this an ideal role for someone wanting to specialise and further develop their knowledge and expertise in advanced skin therapies.

\n

You will enjoy building lasting relationships with clients while recommending personalised treatment plans and homecare solutions that achieve outstanding results.

\n

Essential Requirements

\n

    \n
  • Professional skin consultations.
    • \n
  • Facials including advanced facials.
    • \n
  • If you are confident in IPL, RF bipolar, and micro needling, this is highly regarded.
    • \n
  • An Advantage: Facial massage including buccal is a bonus however not essential.
    • \n
  • If you are still developing your skills in facial massage, IPL, Radio Frequency or Micro needling, ongoing training and education will be provided for the right person.
    • \n

About You

\n

We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference in their clients' confidence through healthy, beautiful skin.

\n

    \n
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
    • \n
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working within a beauty or skin clinic.
    • \n
  • A genuine passion for skin health and advanced skin treatments.
    • \n
  • Confident facial massage skills.
    • \n
  • Strong client consultation and communication skills.
    • \n
  • A warm, caring and professional manner.
    • \n
  • Good presentation and attention to detail.
    • \n
  • A positive attitude and willingness to continue learning.
    • \n
  • Experience with IPL, RF and Micro needling (preferred but not essential).
    • \n
