We’re looking for experienced and motivated Commis Chefs to join the team at Steeples in Mornington , with both full-time and casual positions available . If you’re all about good food, good people and a bit of controlled chaos, we’d like to hear from you.

You’ll work with a solid kitchen team who know how to get the job done, back each other, and still have a laugh when things get hectic. From prep to pass, it’s hands-on, fast-paced and never boring.

Located on the Mornington Peninsula, Steeples is a dining and entertainment complex situated next to the Mornington Racecourse.
\n
Featuring modern facilities including a family friendly bistro, a designated kids play area and an alfresco deck; there are dining experiences for all to enjoy. Along with an extensive modern menu with daily specials, Steeples caters to both children and adults alike.

Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is the hospitality arm of the Melbourne Racing Club, managing a growing network of 17 pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across Victoria. Our venues include bistros, sports bars, function spaces and gaming areas, each focused on delivering great hospitality experiences within their local communities.
