Contract Administrator - National Commercial Builder

With over 40 years industry experience across their national offices, this group is one of Australia's longest standing commercial Design & Construct builders.

Delivering fitout, refurbishment, and redevelopment projects, they have become a specialist across the commercial property, hotel & hospitality, university, healthcare, & retail sectors.

With the majority of their work negotiated directly with repeat partners, they have delivered projects on behalf of institutional clients including UQ, Griffith Uni, Charter Hall, Mirvac, Vicinity Centres, Retail First, ALH Group, Aus Venue Co, Cornerstone Health, Ramsay Health, and various Government bodies.

As Contract Administrator, you will have end-to-end involvement in the delivery of projects through procurement, coordination, and contract/financial management. This is a permanent on-going position, with long term progression opportunities.
