Our busiest time of year is approaching, and we are seeking new Seasonal Retail Consultants to support across our incredible CBD Locations; Collins Street, Fitzroy, Flinders Lane, Prahran, QV, Armadale, David Jones Bourke Street store teams across Festive Season 2026.

\n

As an Aesop Retail Consultant, you embody our desire to engage, listen, and guide customers to products that are relevant to them. You will welcome guests into our spaces and, through intentional interactions, deepen the way our formulations are experienced.

\n

By inviting customers to the sink for thoughtful, hand-crafted demonstrations, you will offer a rich sensorial journey—allowing them to touch, aroma-test, and fully explore our products on a 1:1 demonstration. In tailoring these experiences to individual needs, you will deliver an exceptional, inclusive, and memorable service.

\n

You will be responsible for ensuring our store teams are supported to meet the needs of our many customers, processing sales and keeping stock levels adequately maintained and exceptionally presented.

What Are We Looking For

\n

\n
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
\n
• No prior retail experience necessary, prior experience within a customer service role or environment (advantageous)
\n
• The ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity and sincerity
\n
• A genuine interest to learn product knowledge
\n
• Flexible and open availability throughout October – December (full availability required for these periods; from 23rd November – 24th December, 26th December)

These roles are of a casual nature commencing from September 2026 and concluding in December 2026 with an opportunity to secure ongoing employment, based on the business needs. We are seeking flexible candidates with passion for retail, who have full availability across this time, including late-night and weekend trading hours. This operates on an on-site working pattern.

• An in-person group interview evening will be hosted at our Fitzroy store in late August, which successful candidates from the initial video interview stage may be invited to attend.
