About The Role
\n
As a Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for leading the team during your shift and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. You will be a hands‐on leader who supports, coaches and motivates the team, while maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, safety and cleanliness.
\n
This role is ideal for a confident team leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving performance through people.

Shift Supervisor Responsibilities
\n
All Team Member and Team Member Trainer responsibilities, plus:
\n
- \n
- Lead and coordinate the team during your shift \n
- Supervise team performance and provide coaching and feedback \n
- Ensure all food, service and safety standards are consistently met \n
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner \n
- Support opening and closing procedures as required \n
- Monitor stock levels and assist with basic inventory control \n
- Assist with cash handling, POS procedures and basic reconciliations \n
- Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and company policies \n
- Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance \n
\n
Shift Supervisor Skills & Experience
\n
- \n
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, QSR or retail \n
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills \n
- Ability to train, coach and motivate team members \n
- Sound understanding of food safety, customer service and operational standards \n
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively \n
