THE ROLE

  • Managing a tidy, locally-based portfolio
  • Building and maintaining strong owner & tenant relationships
  • Routine, ingoing & outgoing inspections
  • Rental arrears management
  • Repairs & maintenance
  • Lease renewals and negotiations
  • General portfolio administration
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Providing a high level of customer service from start to finish
