The Role:
Relay is your easy stop for your travel essentials on the go. With a wide range of drinks, snacks, and everyday must haves, plus friendly staff to help you out, it's convenience made simple - just what you need, right when you need it.
We're looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Sydney Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!
Wide availability across the 7 days prioritised! Airport trading hours are wider so availability for morning/nights a bonus
What You'll Do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
- Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
- Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
- Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
- Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for customer service & sales
- Confident communicator with a positive attitude
- Well-groomed & professionally presented
- Retail experience? Great! But not essential - we'll train you!
- Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
- Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
