About the role

As a Course Advisor youll be the key link between prospective domestic students and their higher education goals. Youll proactively promote Ikons industry-leading programs provide personalised guidance and support future students through every step of their enrolment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing accurate course enrolment and policy advice to prospective domestic students nationally via inbound and outbound phone and web-based enquiries
• Promote Ikons courses to prospective student and achieve targets aligned with sales objectives
• Manage the student pipeline and process of leads and nurture leads towards conversion
• Capture accurate data on the CRM system (Hubspot) in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Future Students Team Leader to organise meetings and deliver course information to Ikons partners
• Assisting in the delivery of Product Discovery sessions with academic staff and other relevant stakeholders
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders where required to provide support on student queries
• Assist with feedback regarding emerging market and customer trends
• Providing comprehensive product information at key recruitment events including Open Days and career events (some out of hours work will apply)
• Monitoring student satisfaction and reporting promptly on student related issues where required
• Gather feedback from students and report them to the Team Leader to support continuous improvement

Education Experience & Skills

• Bachelor qualification or higher
• Strong outbound and consultative sales techniques.
• At least 3 years experience in a sales role within a higher education environment
• Proven ability to nurture leads from first contact to conversion and build long-term client relationships
• Experience with Salesforce HubSpot or other CRM systems
• IT literacy particularly Microsoft Office
• Strong presentation skills for delivering engaging and informative sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
• High-level understanding of key requirements of relevant regulatory frameworks especially the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.
• Positive attitude results-focused and strong attention to detail.
