MECCA Belconnen - Floor Manager

You’ll have the opportunity to make your mark on a new store while being supported by one of Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailers. As Floor Manager, you’ll lead from the front, partnering with the Store Manager to bring MECCA’s customer experience to life, coach and develop future leaders and help drive strong commercial results.

The Role You Could Play

We’re looking for a passionate Floor Manager (2IC) to join our leadership team at our brand-new MECCA Belconnen store in ACT on a full-time basis, working Sun-Thu. As a key member of the Store Leadership Team, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team, create an engaged and inclusive culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. From helping establish MECCA ways of working and developing your team, to driving commercial performance and creating unforgettable customer moments, you’ll play an important role in bringing this new store to life when we open our doors towards the end of 2026.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to help lead the successful launch and ongoing performance of our brand-new MECCA Belconnen store.
• Lead from the front, creating exceptional customer experiences and bringing MECCA magic to life through every interaction.
• Coach, mentor and develop your team to build confidence, capability and future leadership potential.
• Support the Store Manager to build a high-performing, engaged and inclusive team culture.
• Inspire and motivate your team to achieve commercial goals while living MECCA’s values.
• Drive operational excellence and help ensure the store is set up to deliver an exceptional experience from day one.
• Use business insights and KPIs to identify opportunities and support the team to deliver outstanding results.
• Partner with the Store Leadership Team to create a seamless and memorable customer and team member experience.

Requirement of the role

• Availability to work a flexible full-time roster, including weekends and key trading periods.
