Workplace Defender is a successful, well-established business providing design, construction and installation of custom Height Safety Systems. We are seeking a practical and reliable Fabricator/Installer to join our growing team based in Melbourne's southeastern suburbs.
This hands-on role involves fabrication and installation of height safety/access systems across commercial, industrial and construction sites both locally and (occasionally) regionally. Your daily tasks will include:-
is physically fit and able to undertake manual handling, working at heights and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
is confident using hand tools, power tools and fabrication equipment
is able to read basic technical drawings and accurately measure/install components
displays a strong understanding of workplace health and safety
has a current, clean full Victorian driver's licence
has full unrestricted Australian working rights.
Full time stable employment with training/advancement opportunities

A variety of workshop and site-based duties
All tools, equipment and a company work vehicle provided for site work
