Job Description

• Lead financial planning and business performance, owning budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, cashflow forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
• Own commercial finance, margin analysis, customer and product profitability, and business performance insights.
• Drive profitability and operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to optimise pricing, logistics, warehousing, distribution costs, and overall business performance.
• Partner with operational and executive leaders to provide commercial insights, support strategic decision-making, and influence business outcomes.
• Lead the finance function, leading, coaching, and growing a small team of finance professionals.

The Successful Applicant

• CA, CPA, CIMA or ACCA qualified with proven experience business partnering with operational teams.
• Strong expertise in commercial analysis, margin analysis, pricing, operations, warehousing, distribution costs, and overall business performance.
• A commercially minded leader with the ability to influence stakeholders, challenge thinking, and drive improved business performance.
• Highly analytical, hands-on, and proactive, with strong ERP, reporting, financial modelling, and continuous improvement capabilities.
