Are you a Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with people, processes and organisational change?

\n

We are partnering with a respected community-focused organisation seeking a Business Analyst to support a strategic HR transformation initiative. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile project focused on reviewing and improving the end-to-end employee lifecycle.

\n

Working with senior stakeholders, you will help assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities and design future-state ways of working that are scalable, practical and fit for purpose.

\n

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
\n
• Mapping current and future-state business processes
\n
• Reviewing policies, procedures and operational practices
\n
• Identifying process gaps, risks and improvement opportunities
\n
• Developing recommendations and supporting implementation planning
\n
• Providing governance, reporting and project support
\n
• Engaging with executive and operational stakeholders
\n

About You

\n

• Strong Business Analysis experience
\n
• Experience leading discovery and process review activities
\n
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
\n
• A structured and analytical approach to problem solving
\n
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive conversations
\n

• HR, People & Culture or workforce transformation experience
\n
• Organisational change or process improvement projects
\n
• Policy and procedure review experience
\n
• Exposure to project governance and reporting
\n
