Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specialising in SAP ESM, you will be responsible for testing and contributing to designing, implementing, and configuring SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions for clients. Primarily you will be responsible for testing the processes configured for the client. Your expertise in SAP ESM and SAP S/4HANA EAM will enable you to help clients optimise their operations, improve equipment reliability, and reduce downtime.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Test Implemented Solutions: Provide testing expertise across the end to end business processes developed for the clients
• Design and Implement Solutions: Contribute to the design and implementation of SAP ESM to meet clients' business requirements, utilising your expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM applications to optimise operations.
• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop tailored solutions using SAP ESM and S/4HANA EAM applications.
• Configure SAP Applications: Configure SAP ESM and SAP S/4HANA EAM applications to meet clients' specific requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Deliver Solution Value: Help clients realise the value of SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions by providing guidance on best practices, training, and support to ensure successful adoption and utilisation.
• Optimise Services and Plant Maintenance: Utilise your expertise in SAP ESM to help clients improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimise operations.

Required technical and professional expertise

• SAP ESM Expertise: Experience with designing, implementing, and configuring SAP ESM and integrations with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions to meet clients' business requirements.
• SAP Application Configuration: Experience in configuring SAP ESM applications to meet specific client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Business Requirements Analysis: Experience with working closely with clients to understand their business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing tailored solutions using SAP ESM applications.
• EAM Solution Implementation: Experience in implementing SAP EAM and SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions to optimise operations, improve equipment reliability, and reduce downtime.
• SAP Best Practices Guidance: Experience with providing guidance on best practices, training, and support to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of SAP ESM and SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions.
• AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance is required

Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP S/4HANA Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrating SAP ESM and S/4HANA EAM applications with other SAP modules and third-party systems to provide seamless data exchange and optimized business processes.
• Advanced SAP ESM and EAM Configuration: Experience in advanced configuration of SAP S/4HANA EAM applications, including customising workflows, creating custom reports, and setting up data analytics to meet complex client requirements.
• Industry-Specific SAP ESM Solutions: Experience with designing and implementing industry-specific SAP ESM and EAM solutions using SAP S/4HANA, such as public sector, oil and gas, manufacturing, or utilities, to address unique business challenges and regulatory requirements.
