Right now, we are in the middle of something exciting. A significant tender win means our team is growing, and we are hiring an additional Administration Officer for our People & Culture team. This is a brand-new position, created because we are doing more and we need good people around us to do it well.

This role is about keeping things running with precision, care, and a genuine commitment to doing right by people.

What You Will Do

• Provide timely, accurate administrative support across your team’s full range of programs and activities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive experience for employees and internal stakeholders
• Keep records and systems updated with meticulous attention to detail
• Handle a mix of routine and non-routine enquiries
• Manage competing priorities with ease

This role will suit someone who enjoys a busy environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is driven to close the loop on tasks.

This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and hold a valid driver’s licence with reliable transport.
